For Manish Rajpal, Founder of Global Edu Train Consulting, training has always been about more than sharing knowledge. It is about understanding people, adapting to their needs, and helping them move forward.
With more than a decade in the training and consulting industry and travels across more than 30 countries, Manish has encountered different cultures, ways of working, and expectations. These experiences taught him to listen closely, respect differences, and adapt his approach to the people in front of him.
They also gave him a broader understanding of the training business: the preparation behind a successful session, the relationships that sustain it, and the challenges faced by both instructors and the organizations engaging them.
As a trainer himself, Manish knows that an instructor’s work begins long before entering the classroom. Finding relevant opportunities, agreeing on commercial terms, coordinating schedules, and managing expectations all require time and attention. Even experienced professionals can find it difficult to maintain a steady flow of engagements while focusing on delivering quality training.
He has also seen the other side. Enterprises and training companies need instructors who understand their requirements, bring relevant expertise, and deliver reliably. Finding the right person becomes especially challenging when the subject is specialized or timelines are tight.
